Advance payments for overseas reservation sites are NOT compatible with qualified invoices and receipts in Japan

We would like to inform you about the start of the newly configured invoice system from October 2023 in Japan.


Advance payment reservations made through overseas reservation sites are not compatible with qualified invoice and receipts under the Japanese Invoice system.

Please note that for on-site payments at the hotel and reservations made through the official website, the applicable qualified invoices and receipts are supported.
