Our Rooms

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

The main entrance and hotel is wheelchair accessable. The door width of our guest rooms are 80cm(= 31.5inches) with our Universal Rooms being the widest at 90cm(= 35.4inches).

Do you have connecting rooms?

We do not have connecting rooms. Depending on availablity, we will do our best to have multiple booked rooms as close as possible.

What amenities do you provide?

All of our amenities are provided at the Front Desk and include; Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap, Tooth Brush Set, Razor, Hair Brush, Q-tips (cotton swabs), Body Towel, Face Towel.

Do you have smoking rooms?

All of our guest rooms are no-smoking. We have a designated smoking room on the second floor.

Our Hotel

Do you have internet access?

We provide free wi-fi and LAN internet services. You can borrow LAN cables at the front desk.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts at 15:00. Check-out is 11:00.
*Times may differ depending on reservation type.

Can I check in before 15:00?

Early check-in times are available with the following additional costs.
1. Check-in before 11:00
Additional cost of ONE night accommodation.
2. Check-in between 11:00 and 15:00
Additional cost of 2000JPY (service fee and tax included) an hour per room.
* Please note that requests are dependant on availability.

Can I check-out after 11:00?

Late check out is available with the following additional charges.
1. Check-out between 11:00 and 18:00.
Additional cost of 2000JPY (service fee and tax included) an hour per room.
* Please note that requests are dependant on availability.
2. Check-out after 18:00.
Additional cost of 2000JPY (service fee and tax included) per hour prt room.
* Please note that requests are dependant on availability.
Furthermore, all additional fees will be due at time of check-in. Please consult with staff at the Front Desk for availability.

Do you have a waiting list for cancellations?

We do not have a waiting list. Our reservations are on a first come, first serve basis.

Do you charge cancellation fees?

Cancellation fees are as follows:
Prior to EIGHT days - no charge
TWO to SEVEN days before - 40% of total accommodation fee
ONE day prior - 80% of total accommodation fee
Day of - Full amount of total accommodation fee
* Cancellation fees may differ for tour groups or reservations made through travel agencies.

Do you have special rates for children?

We do have special rates for children. Children up to the sixth grade (Elementary School) who are willing to share a bed stay for free.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept; American Express / VISA / UC / Diners / JCB / Master / UFJ / Nicos / 銀聯カード/ Discover

Do you require a deposit?

We do not require a deposit, just your accommodation fee at the time of check-in. Any additional fees that may occur during your stay will be charged during your stay.

Can I make advanced payments?

We accept bank transfers, and cash/credit transactions at the hotel.
Please contact the hotel if you request an advanced payment.

Do you accept gift vouchers?

We accept gift vouchers issued by the followering credit card companies:
JCB / Mitsubishi Estate Gift Card

Do you have a frequent flyer program?

Unfortunately, we do not have any frequent flyer programs.

Can THREE people stay in One room?

Yes, our Deluxe Twin B and Superior Twin B have two beds and a sofa bed to accommodate three guests.

Can I request room arrangements or what floors to stay?

We accept room arrangements and floor requests at the time of reservation, but cannot guarantee 100%.

Is there a curfew?

We do not have a curfew. Please note that the main entrance doors will be locked between 1:00am and 6:00am. For guests who have already checked-in, please touch room key to the sensor to open door. Guest checking in may use the intercom to notify the hotel staff.

Is there a designated floor for females only?

There are no female-only floors.

Do you have a wheelchair at the hotel?

Yes, but is intended for you use only inside the hotel.

Our Services

Do you have room service?

We do not have room service at this moment.

Can I check my luggage at the hotel?

You can check your luggage with us if you happen to arrive early on your check-in date. Please feel free to ask the Front Desk for assistance.
You can also check your luggage with us after checking out. *We just ask that you present your Passport at the Front Desk.

Can the hotel accept my mail or shipments?

Yes. Please be sure to include your name and check-in date on the waybill and mail to the address below. Please request that they arrive on the morning of your chech-in date.
*Please request on your waybill that your luggage arrives at the hotel AFTER your scheduled time of arrival.

Will I be able to ship my belongings from the hotel?

Unfortunately, we do not provide a courier service at the hotel. We kindly ask that you make all arrangements prior to your stay, or contact our front desk so that we may assist you finding the necessary services in our area.

Do you have baby beds?

Yes, you can use one our baby beds free of charge. Because quantities are limited and the baby beds are not compatable with all of our rooms, please let us know prior to making your reservation.
For safety reasons, our baby beds are limited to infants who are under the age of One and are yet uanble to stand.
(One baby bed per room)

Is there parking at the hotel?

Unfortunately, the hotel does not have parking. There are several paid parking services close to our hotel. Please inquire for details.

Do you have an ice machine?

There is an ice machine on the second floor, in the kitchen of our lounge area.

Do you have a laundromat?

We have a landromat on the second floor. 300YEN for ONE wash cycle and 100YEN for dryer (30min).

Do you provide a currency exchange service?

We do not have currency exchange service at the hotel.

Do you have special services for anniversaries?

We do not provide any special services for anniversaries, but please contact us if you may have any requests.

Do you have a massage service?

Unfortunately, we do not provide a massage service.

Our Facilities

Do you have vending machines?

We have a vending machine located on the second floor. *Non alchoholic beverages only

Do you have a laundry service?

No, we do not offer laundry services.

Is there a banquet hall or conference rooms?

We have neither banquet halls or conference rooms.

Can the air conditioning be controlled for each room?

Each room has its individual air conditioning system.

Can I walk freely through the hotel in the provided pajamas and slippers?

We ask that you wear the provided pajamas and slippers only in your rooms.

Is there gym or fitness room?

There is a fitness roon located on the second floor for our guests free of charge and is open 6:00 to 24:00. Please use your room key to unlock the door.

Do you have wheelchair accessible restrooms?

There is a wheelchair accessible restroom located on the second floor. All other areas of the hotel are wheelchair accessible and equipped with extra handrails. All floor maps and elevators are displayed with braille.

Is there a convenience store close to the hotel?

There is a Family Mart across the street and three others all within walking distance from the hotel.
