Our Rooms
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
The main entrance and hotel is wheelchair accessable. The door width of our guest rooms are 80cm(31.5inches) with our Universal Rooms being the widest at 90cm(35.4inches).
Do you have connecting rooms?
We do not have connecting rooms. Depending on availablity, we will do our best to have multiple booked rooms as close as possible.
What amenities do you provide?
Guest room amenities are available for you to select at the front desk at your convenience. These include a toothbrush, razor, hairbrush, cotton swabs/cotton pads, body towel, shower cap, as well as teas and Coffee.
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels, face towels, pajamas, slippers, and deodorizing spray are provided in your room for your comfort.
Do you have smoking rooms?
All of our guest rooms are non-smoking. We have a designated smoking room on the second floor.
Do you have internet access?
We have free wi-fi and LAN in each room. LAN cables are available at the Front Desk.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 15:00. Check-out is 11:00.
*Times may differ depending on reservation type.
Can I check in before 15:00?
Early check in fees are as follows;
1. Before 11:00am is an additional ONE nights accommodation.
2. Between 11:00 and 15:00 is 2,000JPY (tax incl.) per hour.
*Early check-ins may be declined depending on availability.
Can I check-out after 11:00?
Information regarding extended check out.
1. Late check-out between 11:00 AM and up to 2:00 PM will incur an additional charge of JPY 2,000 per room per hour (including service charge and tax).
2. For check-out after 2:00 PM, an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay will apply.
*Check out extention will entirely depend on room availablity. Please ask our front desk staff at the time of check in for availability and rates.
Do you have a waiting list for cancellations?
We do not have a waiting list. Our reservations are on a first come, first serve basis.
Do you charge cancellation fees?
Cancellation fees are as follows:
Prior to EIGHT days - no charge
TWO to SEVEN days before - 40% of total accommodation fee
ONE day prior - 80% of total accommodation fee
Day of - Full amount of total accommodation fee
* Cancellation fees may differ for tour groups or reservations made through travel agencies.
Do you have special rates for children?
We do have special rates for children. Children up to the sixth grade (Elementary School) who are willing to share a bed stay for free.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept; American Express / VISA / UC / Diners / JCB / Master / UFJ / Nicos / 銀聯カード/ Discover
Do you require a deposit?
Our hotel does not require a deposit. We just request you settle your accommodation fee at time of check-in. Any additional fees from during your stay may be settled at checkout.
Can I make advanced payments?
Advanced payments may be made through bank transfers. Please contact the hotel for detailed information.
Do you accept gift vouchers?
We accept gift vouchers issued by the following credit card companies;
JCB / Mitsubishi Estate Gift Card
Do you have a Hotel Rewards Program?
Yes, we have "The Club - Royal Park Hotels" membership program that is valid at all Royal Park Hotels in Japan. Sign up is free!
Can THREE people stay in One room?
For Deluxe Twin B and Superior Twin B room types, the room can accommodate up to three guests with the use of an extra bed or a sofa bed.
Can I request room arrangements or what floors to stay?
We accept room arrangements and floor requests at the time of reservation, but cannot guarantee 100%.
Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew. The main entrance is locked from 1:00am to 6:00. Please use your room card key to open the door. If you are arriving for checkin after 1:00, ring the bell to notify the staff.
Is there a designated floor for females only?
There are no female-only floors.
Is there a rental wheelchair?
We have ONE wheelchair available free of charge, but kindly ask for use only inside our hotel.
Please indicate your request at the time of reservation.
Do you have room service?
We do not have room service at this moment.
Can I check my luggage at the hotel?
You can check your luggage with us if you happen to arrive early on your check-in date. Please feel free to ask the Front Desk for assistance.
You can also check your luggage with us after checking out. *We just ask that you present your Passport at the Front Desk.
Can the hotel accept my mail or shipments?
Please write the reservation name and the dates of your stay on the waybill to the following address. We kindly ask that you ship your belongings after you have made your hotel reservation.

Will I be able to ship my belongings from the hotel?
Unfortunately, we do not provide a courier service at the hotel. We kindly ask that you make all arrangements prior to your stay, or contact our front desk so that we may assist you finding the necessary services in our area.
Do you have baby beds?
Yes. We have baby beds as well as waterproof sheets.
※We kindly recommend placing a baby beds in our Superior Twin B or Deluxe Twin A/B rooms, as these provide more space for your comfort. While it is also possible to set up a baby beds in our Standard type rooms, please note that the space may feel quite cramped.
As the number of baby beds is limited, we would appreciate it if you could kindly inquire about availability at the time of your reservation.
Is there parking at the hotel?
Unfortunately, the hotel does not have parking. There are several paid parking services close to our hotel. Please inquire for details.
Do you have an ice machine?
There is an ice machine on the second floor, in the kitchen of our lounge area.
Do you have a laundry service?
No, we do not offer laundry services.
Do you provide a currency exchange service?
We do not have currency exchange service at the hotel.
Do you have special services for anniversaries?
We do not provide any special services for anniversaries, but please contact us if you may have any requests.
Do you have a massage service?
Unfortunately, we do not provide a massage service.
Do you have vending machines?
We have a vending machine located on the second floor. *Non alchoholic beverages only
Do you have a laundromat?
We have a landromat on the second floor. 500YEN for ONE wash cycle and 100YEN for dryer (30min).
※Including a detergent. Cash and cashless payments are accepted.
Is there a banquet hall or conference rooms?
We have neither banquet halls nor conference rooms.
Can the air conditioning be controlled for each room?
Each room has its individual air conditioning system.
Can I walk freely through the hotel in the provided pajamas and slippers?
We ask that you wear the provided pajamas and slippers only in your rooms.
Is there gym or fitness room?
Our fitness room is located on the second floor and is open 24 hours.
Do you have wheelchair accessible restrooms?
There is a wheelchair accessible restroom located on the second floor. All other areas of the hotel are wheelchair accessible and equipped with extra handrails. All floor maps and elevators are displayed with braille.
Is there a convenience store close to the hotel?
There is a Family Mart across the street and three others all within walking distance from the hotel.
